I can only say good things about my experience with Gigi.

This was Me and my Wife’s first time buying a house and when we first started we had no idea what was in store. Gigi listened to my wife and I and helped us so much.

Here is the breakdown!

HOUSE TOURS:

Gigi was very attentive and was able to bring up thoughts and ideas about the the houses we were looking. Pointing out things and highlighting aspects of the property, house, and location we didn’t think about at first.

Every time we saw a new house we grew more confident in what were looking for.

PAPERWORK:

When we found a house that fit us, we felt fully confident in leaning on Gigi to know what the next step was. Every single time we had a question, Gigi was there. Beyond just making sure we signed the paperwork, Gigi always gave us a heads up when it came to paperwork that should have arrived or some was about to, so that it never felt like an overwhelming process. My wife and I felt fully supported and that she had our best interests in mind the entire time.

CLOSING:

This is extremely important!!! Gigi is a rock star! She fought for us and the entire time and made sure our voices were heard in the entire transaction. She was always listening to us and giving us realistic information on what to expect. She is extremely tactful, thoughtful, and stands firm. GIGI IS IN YOUR CORNER!! seriously We always felt like she had our backs and could rely on her.

TLDR: You will have a great experience with Gigi, She listens to your needs, knows what to look for, and fights for your like a champion!

GiGi was absolutely amazing!! We loved working with her! She was very helpful and answered all our questions. She made us feel like she really cared about us as clients, and worked hard to get us the home that met all our requirements! Would 100% recommend her! She was very sweet and very personable. We’re so thankful a close friend actually recommended her to us!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Gigi! We started this process during COVID and Gigi was welcoming, kind, and kept us safe above all else. She was incredibly fast to respond to our questions and always ensured that she was working for us. She provided valuable insight into our purchase, negotiation tactics, and was always spot on with how things would proceed. We went through the house buying process twice this year with Gigi. TWICE?! What? (#2020) The first house was almost closed when an issue with the seller came up that couldn’t be resolved. Through all of that uncertainty- Gigi was there, communicating back and forth with us and the listing agent. She reassured us that whatever our decision was- she would support us. When we finally decided to let that property go (there was no resolution in sight with the seller’s issue), Gigi was there. She respected our decision to take a small break and didn’t push us into looking at more properties. But she was immediately ready when we reached out again. The second house was incredibly smooth sailing- one of those swimming downstream and it all falls into place kind of things. Gigi was our raft, our life boat, and even while on her own personal vacation, she still kept us afloat (despite us telling her to take a break and enjoy her time off). Gigi is fun, always smiling, always honest, and above all else respectful of our thoughts and opinions. Yes, even with a mask on- you can tell she is smiling and truly loves her job.
